Steps to a Proper Fit
We suggest the best way to test the fit of your new shoes
is
by slipping into them during the latter part of the day.
Why late in the day you might ask?
Because that's when your feet
are at their largest. If you can comfortably wear your new pair when your
feet are slightly swollen as they are late afternoon, then you have a proper fit.
It doesn't matter if it's a
size 10 or 12 or an extra wide woman's shoe, this is always a good test.
While standing up, you should
check for about 1/2 inch of space between your longest toe and the end of your
shoe.
Also, make sure there is
plenty of extra
space in the toe box. Wiggle your toes to be sure you have ample room
in your footwear.
